When CDH Partners met Kimball Office's Xsite system, you could say it was a match made in heaven. The acclaimed Atlanta architectural firm, which is nationally known for its design of churches as well as healthcare and educational facilities, was creating a new space for itself. Serendipitously, during the creative phase, Xsite came to the attention of Paulla Shetterly, CDH's Director of Interior Design.

Design Challenge
"We had looked at all the work stations out there, all the newest, latest and greatest," said Shetterly. "But we hadn’t seen anything like Xsite. It was contemporary and kind of hip."

In its previous space, CDH had custom millwork built to meet the daily demands of design work. "We needed huge countertops to spread out our [architectural] drawings."

Of course, for an architectural firm, image is also a major consideration. And it was Xsite's visual potential that interested CDH most. "We were drawn to the Mondrian look," Shetterly
