"We also tried to design the offices to create as much window view as possible,"
he said. "Because our financial services representatives are actually independent
contractors, we tried to make sure that each has some window view."
"Also, because each independent representative typically hires his own staff,
they grow to where they need individual spaces. Right now, we have 60 people, 34
of which are financial representatives and the rest of them administrative. We wanted
the versatility to grow along with the success of our individual representatives."
