The US Government Department of Education's Student Financial Assistance Office wanted something very unlike what is viewed as the normal government office. They sought a space that would be open, creative, and a joy to work in. Kimball Office helped them accomplish that goal.

The "open loft" look was the answer. Although the ceilings were not as high as desired, they were left exposed to utilize every inch. Wood-look flooring, bold accent walls, and industrial treatments supported the theme.
