Jasper, Ind. – July 11, 2007 – Kimball Office has appointed Kim Fritch as Director of Marketing,
Research and Communications. In her new role, Ms. Fritch is responsible for developing and
executing the Company's brand strategies and marketing programs. She will also guide Kimball
Office's e-marketing efforts, customer experience initiatives, and brand and product research.
"Kim has a strong understanding of our markets, our customers and the appropriate marketing
strategies for growing our brand," said Jeff Fenwick, Vice President of Marketing for Kimball
Office. "We are excited about the knowledge, energy and can-do attitude she brings to this position."
Ms. Fritch has an extensive record of leadership and achievement. She previously served
as Director of Marketing for National Office Furniture, a business unit of Kimball International.
During her 19-year career with National, Ms. Fritch was instrumental in developing the Company's
strong brand presence through oversight of collateral materials, web content and showroom design,
as well as product launches and promotions. She holds a bachelor's degree in business and marketing
from Indiana University in Bloomington, Ind.
